Carol was raised in Southern California and was pursuing an education in the Medical field when she came to June Lake for a ski trip and … well … never left. That’s not an uncommon story by the way. The year was 1975. She has raised her two children (Jesse & Kelsey) here and has maintained an active roll in the community serving on the June Lake Loop Women’s Club for 30 years. Carol was a dental assistant for 12 years and has managed the June Mountain Sport Shop for 25 years. She has spent many summers as a reservation specialist for a local property management company.

Paul was raised in New Mexico, went to college in Colorado and spent two tours in Viet Nam before moving to June Lake in the mid 1980’s. He has been a Professional Ski Patrolman, Insurance Broker, Assistant General Manager of the June Mountain Ski Area, Resort General Manager of the Double Eagle Resort, Grant Administrator of the June Lake Private Lands Fuels Reduction Grant, Commissioner on the June Lake Fire Protection District Board and past president of the June Lake Chamber of Commerce.

1) Aspen Meadows Townhomes

This 11 unit complex books up quickly so contact us to stay in this beautiful mountain setting. It is just a short drive on the Loop to four full size lakes to experience fishing, kayaking, float tubing, paddle boarding and anything else you can think of to do on a lake. Right outside your door, there is a grassy area for children to play within your watchful eyes. Two doors down the Fern Creek Store is open from 7 to 7 with a full range of grocery items. Leave your compact car parked in the garage and walk to hiking trails or the Double Eagle Resort and Spa for a day of relaxation at the Pool

Located in the heart of the June Lake Village. Within walking distance of two of the 4 lakes in the June Lake area along with restaurants, bars, grocery store and several art galleries.

This single family residence is nestled near the base of Carson Peak and is "Down Canyon" from the Village of June Lake. This home has a fully furnished kitchen with upgraded features.and a dinning room table that seats 6. Upstairs has a master queen bed, full bathroom and views of horsetail falls. The entry level has a very large open concept living / dinning space. There is one bedroom on this level with 2 twin beds plus 1 set of bunk beds and a full bathroom. There is a washer/dryer, gas log fireplace and ceiling fans throughout. You will enjoy the spectacular views of Carson Peak from this spacious home and will be just a short drive to June Mountain Ski & Snowboard Area, our 4 lakes and Yosemite National Park.

4) Snow Eagle Vacation Townhouse

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with outside Jacuzzi. Open space living throughout with a beautiful remodeled kitchen with granite everywhere. The master bedroom has a king, the second bedroom has a queen sofa sleeper and a set of bunk beds, the third bedroom has queen bed. Lots of living space in the two great rooms with large flat screen T.V.'s in each. Easy to use pellet stove in main living room and a bar in the upstairs great room. This home was made for families to share some great mountain experiences and create memories that will last a life time.

The well appointed and remodeled Kitchen has new Stainless Steel appliances and the Living Room and Dining Area are so cozy you feel right at home.
